1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Of course! We are very flexible when it comes to destination elopements and weddings. Please inquire to build a package that best suits your needs.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Absolutely! We are here to help you in any way we can—whether that's finding the perfect location, timeline, poses, and more.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We get it, life happens and sometimes we need to adjust our planned time together. Most couple and portrait sessions can be adjusted to better suit your needs but engagement, elopements, and weddings may come with a fee depending on the merits of the adjustment. Please inquire to learn more.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

All of our packages will come with a digital library for you to access all your images. For our wedding packages, we do offer photo books with the day's best images in our highest tier. However if there is a specific need, we're flexible to work with you—even sometime after your project has been completed!

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

We don't have a specific contract with any local videographers but have connections within the community to help find the perfect one for you.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely you can! We want this to be a collaborative experience so any specific ideas or requests are welcome. This is your time, and we want to ensure your experience is exactly what you want it to be.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Absolutely! Depending on the session booked, we will at least meet via online video call to discuss your needs and how we will execute. We are also open to in-person meetings when necessary.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Timelines on deliverables will vary on the project. Couple and portrait sessions will receive sneak peaks within 48 hours and the full gallery within 3-4 weeks. Engagement, elopements, and weddings will receive sneak peaks within 24-48 hours and a full gallery within 2 months. We do offer 'rush' options for an additional fee.
